§ 7.15. Penalties.

Latest version.

The violation of any provisions of this charter, for which a penalty is not specifically provided for herein, is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
