§ 4.1. Division of the city into districts.

For the purposes of this ordinance, the City of Union Point, Georgia is divided into eight districts as follows:
R-1 — Single-family residential district

R-1A — Single-family residential district

R-2 — Two-family residential district

R-3 — Multifamily residential district

C-1 — Neighborhood commercial district

C-2 — General commercial district

M-1 — Wholesale and light industrial district

MHD — Manufactured home district

R-M — Group development district.
