§ 18-91. Purpose and authority.

This section is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by O.C.G.A. § 41-2-1, et seq. for the purpose of maintaining the health and cleanliness of the city, and to ensure safe and sanitary conditions in private property by establishing a method for enforcing minimum standards. This section is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare.
