§ 22-88. Dealing with minors.

  • It shall be unlawful for any pawnbroker or employee of a pawnshop to receive goods in pawn, trade, purchase or sale from a person under eighteen years of age. Any such attempt by any person under the age of eighteen to pawn, trade, purchase or sell shall be immediately reported to the city police department for further investigation.
