§ 38-110. Soil groupings for use with minimum lot size tables.
Soil groupings for use with minimum lot size tables shall be as follows:
GROUP 1 (Well drained to excessively drained soils with percolation rates from <5 to 10 min./in.)
Well drained (5-10 min./in. Percolation)
