§ 58-37. Fees.

(a)

Monthly and special charges for public collection and disposal of solid waste generated by individuals, business establishments, and industries shall be established from time to time by the city council. Such charges shall reflect the reasonable costs to the city for maintaining and operating its disposal system.

(b)

The community center and churches within the city shall be exempt from the payment of collection and disposal fees.
