§ 66-32. Definitions pertaining to grammatical usage.

(a)

Words used in the present tense include the future tense.

(b)

The word "shall" is always mandatory.

(c)

The word "may" is always permissive.

(d)

The word "person" includes a firm, association, organization, partnership, trust, company or corporation as well as an individual.

(e)

The word "temporary" shall mean a period of time not exceeding 180 days.
