§ 74-31. Parking regulations.

  • (a)

    Two-hour time limit. The city council shall establish, where practicable and necessary, individual parking spaces to be designated by parallel white lines. Vehicles shall not remain parked in any such parking spaces for a period exceeding two hours.

    (b)

    No parking zones. Curbs painted yellow shall indicate "No Parking Zones." It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle along such curbs.

    (c)

    Loading zones. The city council shall establish, where necessary, loading zones to be designated by appropriate signs. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in such zones except for the purpose of loading or unloading store supplies, wares, merchandise, stock, and the like.
