§ 74-34. No parking zones.

(a)

State Route 12.

(1)

Established. Within the city limits, the following no parking zone is hereby established:

Georgia State Route 12 from mile post 17.99 to mile post 18.29.

(2)

Violation; penalty. A person committing the offense of parking in this designated no parking shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both.

(b)

Industrial Boulevard.

(1)

Established. Within the city limits, the following no parking zone is hereby established.

Industrial Boulevard from Georgia State Route 12 to Georgia State Route 77.

(2)

Violation; penalty. A person committing the offense of parking in this designated no parking zone shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both.
